Job Overview

Providence St. Joseph Health is looking for Surgical Techs to work onsite in Spokane, WA. Multiple openings are available with varied shifts, hours, and schedules.

Responsibilities

Function as the scrub technologist in the surgical suite. Responsible for selection and set‑up of the sterile table with instruments, supplies, and equipment; passing instruments to the surgeon during procedures; maintaining sterile technique; and caring for instruments following the procedure.

Assume additional roles such as case cart, turnover team, and service line surgical technologist. Under RN supervision, assist in circulating duties as assigned and meet key performance indicators for efficient flow of patients through the OR experience.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay range: $29.39 - $45.66.

$20,000 sign‑on bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. Possible relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a course in surgical technology.
• Washington Surgical Technologist Registration upon hire.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
• Current experience as a registered Surgical Technologist; recent completion of an accredited program may be considered as current experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of operating room experience.
