Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Surgical Tech for CVOR CST with at least 2 years in CVOR or general surgery. The role requires active OR Tech license (pending accepted), NBSTSA and BLS certifications. 13-week assignment, 3x12-hour days, 7 AM–7 PM, with on-call weekends. Candidates must have CVOR experience and be able to scrub defined cardiovascular procedures; on-call rotation

Description:The position is for an OR Tech/Surgical Tech with experience in CVOR and general surgery.A minimum of 2 years of experience scrubbing in cardiovascular cases is required.The role consists of 3 twelve-hour day shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM, with occasional on-call requirements on weeknights and weekends.Day-to-day responsibilities include scrubbing, circulating, and documenting the use of surgical equipment.Candidates must be able to scrub the following cardiovascular cases: Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repair, Carotid Endarterectomy, and Pericardial Window.Experience with additional preferred CVOR procedures will be considered a plus.General surgical experience in areas such as Endo/Laparoscopic and Thoracic is also required.On-call rotation includes one weekend per month, covering only Saturdays and until 11 PM on Sundays.All personnel are required to receive the flu vaccine unless a documented medical exemption is provided.Covid vaccination is not required for this position.The role requires freestanding OR tables, battery-operated equipment, and positioning aids.Candidates must have references from recent management or charge personnel.
