Qualifications

• Associate Degree required.
• Currently certified as a Surgical Technologist by an NCCA-accredited program.
• Minimum of four years’ experience as a surgical technologist.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain clinical affiliations at facilities for clinical and externship.
• Coordinate schedules for clinical rotations and faculty assignments for clinical staff.
• Mentor and monitor clinical faculty.
• Collect records and reports, retain case logs, and update clinical evaluations.
• Ensure students meet affiliate requirements for rotations in clinical settings.
• Maintain a formal grade book or electronic record and back it up securely.
• Report academic progress and submit final grades to PD/Registrar.
• Attend mandatory faculty meetings and in-service activities.
• Maintain continuing education and professional growth documentation.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, institutional, and programmatic regulations.
• Assist with student advising and with administrative functions.
