Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking a Certified Surgical Tech for a 13-week assignment in Colorado Springs. The role supports an active operating room with rotations on General, Neurology, and Robotics cases. Must hold CST and BLS, with a minimum of two years' experience, and be in-state for orientation week.

Shifts are 10-hour days (6:30 AM–7:00 PM) with a blended call schedule; scrubs are provided. First-week orientation includes profile review and interview with unit manager.

Qualifications

• Must be certified Surgical Technologist (CST) and BLS.
• Minimum 2 years of surgical tech experience.
• Must-have experience in General, Neuro, Robotics.

Description:Hiring process includes a profile review and an interview with the unit manager.Candidates must submit a valid driver's license.Clinicians must be in-state for the week of orientation, even if the first day is remote.The unit operates with an average of 30 cases per day.Required certifications include BLS and Certified Surgical Technologist.Common cases include General, Orthopedic, Robotics, Neuro, Spine, Urology, and ENT.Shifts are set schedules with the option for block scheduling.Call requirements total around 120 hours per contract and can be self-scheduled between weekdays and weekends.One weekend shift is required every six weeks.Preferred call response time is within 30 minutes, with on-site sleep room availability if needed.There are no floating requirements except in extreme circumstances within designated zones.Scrubs are provided.The cancellation policy allows for the cancellation of up to four shifts during a 13-week assignment.Charting system utilized is EPIC.A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is not required.
