Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking a Surgical Tech - Certified Surg Tech for a 13-week assignment in a Colorado facility. The role requires SCRUB experience and the ability to support diverse surgical procedures in a busy OR, with shifts 6:45 to 19:15 and three 12-hour days.

Candidates must have a minimum 3 years OR experience, level 1 or 2 trauma center exposure, and hold BLS and DORA licenses; licensure is required and on-call duties apply.

Description:This position requires working in a busy operating room environment.The surgical technologist will assist in surgical procedures under the supervision of surgeons and nurses.Candidates must be able to scrub in and assist with a variety of surgeries, including general, GU/GYN, neuro, ENT, and plastics.Must be available to work three night shifts per assignment.On-call responsibilities will include a maximum of three call shifts in an eight-week scheduling period.Flexibility is required to float between like units as needed.Pre-approved time off is limited to ten days for the duration of the contract.RTO is not allowed during specified peak periods.Completion of all necessary modules and training within the first week of the assignment is mandatory.Candidates must check their email regularly for updates and instructions regarding the assignments.Position may require adherence to additional facility-specific guidelines and protocols.All applicants must undergo a careful eligibility check based on prior employment with the health system.
