Job summary

Blessing Health System is seeking a Surgical Technologist to join the intraop team. This non-exempt hourly position supports development, implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan of nursing care.

The role serves neonate to geriatric populations and requires adherence to ICARE standards and Blessing policies. Eligible for up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus and a $2.25/hour shift differential if applicable.

Qualifications

• Required: completion of an accredited Surgical Technology Program.
• Preferred: Surgical Technologist certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development, implementation and evaluation of intraop nursing care plans.
• Provide services to neonatal through geriatric populations, aligning with age-specific needs.
