Job summary

The role collaborates with clinical leadership, tracks purchasing costs, verifies invoices, supports budgeting, and participates in committees on supply chain improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of supply management experience required.
• Basic technical training in OR/Surgical Technology or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory of surgical supplies and equipment to ensure availability.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming orders with vendors or Purchasing.
• Coordinate with clinical leadership on supply issues and new product requests.
• Restock, organize, and label storage areas.
• Maintain purchasing, inventory, and repair records; assist with budgeting and expenses.
• Coordinate equipment repairs with vendors and internal departments.
• Assist with rollout of new supplies and provide usage guidance.
• Participate in supply chain committees and projects.
