Job summary

Treace Medical Concepts, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative to drive new business and support surgeons in the operating room. You will develop relationships, convert leads, and collaborate with marketing to improve products and user experience.

The role requires traveling locally up to 90% and occasional overnight travel up to 20%. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of field sales experience are required, with a valid driver’s license and hospital credentialing readiness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Impact: become a subject matter expert in Treace Medical Products and procedures, supporting surgeons and OR teams for optimal outcomes.
• Strategize for Growth: build and maintain new customer relationships and drive customer conversion.
• Provide Feedback to Innovate: collaborate with marketing to enhance product design and user satisfaction.
• Train for Excellence: plan, coordinate, and execute product training for surgeons in didactic and hands-on settings.
• Foster Relationships: maintain strong links with key accounts to grow sales and ensure service continuity.
