Job summary

Treace Medical Concepts, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative to advance medical device products and procedures for surgeons and operating room teams. You will build relationships, drive customer conversion, and collaborate with marketing to improve product design and user satisfaction.

Role requires field sales focus throughout local travel and hands-on training with surgeons. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in field sales, and are comfortable with up to 90% travel and up

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of successful field sales experience.
Ability to travel locally (up to 90%) and overnight (up to 20%).
Experience supporting surgeons in operating room environments.
Hospital credentialing readiness and valid driver’s license.
