CommonSpirit Health seeks an RN Clinical Coordinator at Holy Cross Hospital – West Valley to coordinate clinical activities, serve as a clinical resource, and model professional standards. You will supervise shift operations, allocate duties, and ensure high-quality care while collaborating with physicians and the patient care team.

The role requires strong clinical judgment, leadership potential, and a commitment to ethical practice and patient-centered care within a busy perioperative setting.

Formación

• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• At least 1 year of clinical RN experience.
• Associates Degree in Nursing or endorsement; BSN preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient physical, psychosocial, cultural and spiritual needs and intervene for optimal outcomes.
• Develop and monitor patient care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide leadership and coordinate unit operations during designated shift.
• Direct, organize and prioritize shift activities to ensure patient care and staff needs are met.
• Ensure appropriate admissions and staff skill mix for safe patient care.
• Liaise with the multidisciplinary patient care team.
