• Develops and coordinates onboarding and orientation programs for nursing and other healthcare personnel
• Promotes evidence-based practice (EBP) to improve clinical practice and patient care
• Designs educational activities to address practice gaps for licensed and non-licensed staff
• Plans content delivery to actively engage learners and promote competency development
• Supports lifelong learning and staff progression through education and development
