Job summary

Domnovate seeks a Surgical Services Manager in Bethel, AK to lead the operating room and related services, directing both clinical and administrative staff to deliver safe, high-quality patient care while aligning with hospital goals.

The ideal candidate is an Alaska-licensed RN with BSN/MSN, BLS/ACLS/PALS, 2+ years in the OR and 2+ years in surgical services management; CNOR/CSSM preferred, with strong budget, staffing and policy experience.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a nursing program from an NLN-approved institution.
• BSN or MSN in nursing; master's in healthcare administration preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in operating room experience.
• At least 2 years in surgical services management.
• Licensed Alaska RN in good standing; BLS, ACLS, and PALS required; CNOR preferred; CSSM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and direct Surgical Services including the Operating Room, Outpatient Surgical Services, Anesthesia, and PACU.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; develop policies and procedures.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and materials; coordinate visiting specialists.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives and performance metrics.
• Maintain interdepartmental communication and culture of safety.
