Qualifications

• BSN is required.
• Active AK RN license is required.
• A minimum of five years of healthcare operations and leadership experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, operational, financial, and clinical leadership for a comprehensive surgical services program across the facility.
• Oversee approximately 240 FTEs across 17 operating rooms and multiple procedural areas.
• Drive access, capacity, patient flow, staffing, and departmental performance to improve efficiency and quality.
• Build strong partnerships with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and physician leadership to align priorities and services.
• Oversee operating and capital budgets, cost control, and performance improvement to sustain Magnet standards and patient safety.
