Job summary

AdventHealth Castle Rock seeks a Director of Surgical Services to provide strategic and operational leadership for a rapidly growing perioperative program, overseeing PAT, Pre-Op, nine Operating Rooms, PACU, GI, and Sterile Processing while maintaining exceptional patient care.

This leader will guide a 130 FTE multidisciplinary team through three direct-report leaders, drive first-case on-time starts, staffing optimization, budget oversight, and perioperative improvements to sustain volume

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Active CO RN license required.
• Minimum five years of relative experience including at least two years in supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for a growing Surgical Services department.
• Oversee PAT, Pre-Op, nine ORs, PACU, GI, and Sterile Processing.
• Lead a 130 FTE multidisciplinary team through three direct-report leaders and drive continuous improvement.
