Job summary
Waterfall Technology Consulting Partners LLC seeks a Director of Surgical Services to provide strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for perioperative services. Qualifications
- BSN required.
- Minimum 2 years of recent Acute Care Director of Surgical Services experience or OR Nurse Manager in a large trauma center.
- Current Florida RN license or multi-state compact license.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive oversight of Surgical Services operations.
- Lead quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
- Direct staffing, labor management, budgeting, and resource utilization.
- Improve patient throughput and operational efficiency.
- Partner with physicians and hospital leadership to grow service lines.
- Develop leaders, mentor managers, and strengthen employee engagement.
- Oversee capital equipment and supply management.
- Drive strategic planning, process improvement, and patient experience.
