The position also includes training responsibilities and support of daily office functions, including some billing tasks. Flexibility in hours and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified Laser Technician 2 and above.
• 1-2 years of supervision/management or customer excellence experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry, including an understanding of, or experience with, laser technician experience preferred.
• Business management understanding preferred.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including on call, evenings, weekends and holidays, as well as emergency off-hours as required.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with physicians, hospital staff, physicians' office staff and technicians in their team.
• Manage the equipment inventory, supplies and fleet vehicles; work with district management to ensure customer retention; act as subject matter expert.
• Provide training and support key daily office functions, including some billing.
