Job summary

Qualifications

• State RN license in Florida is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care per the nursing process.
• Direct, delegate, and coordinate care with LPNs, CNAs, and unit staff.
• Document assessments and plan care for patient needs and discharge.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve patient outcomes.
• Initiate teaching plans for patients and families on admission.
