Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree recommended.
• 5 years of administrative/clerical experience required.
• Prior leadership experience required (or Aspire program completion for internal candidates).

Responsibilities

• Oversees administrative functions and assists with section budgets.
• Hires, trains, coordinates and supervises administrative staff.
• Maintains contract billings, equipment purchases, and contract payments.
• Works in collaboration with hospital leaders of Surgery Services across multiple specialties.
• Assists with faculty and fellow recruitment activities and coordinates residency rotations.
