Job summary

Surgical Solutions is seeking an Account Supervisor to lead hospital sites, liaise with hospital leadership, and drive daily operations. You will manage Surgical Solutions Technicians, ensure service quality and compliance, and report to the Account Manager in a fast-paced surgical services environment.

The role blends people leadership, client relationship management, and hands-on clinical support, with a 24/7 schedule and opportunities for growth within a national healthcare services partner.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of frontline supervisory experience.
• 4+ years of clinical setting or surgical services experience.
• Experience managing 2–15 direct reports.
• ERP system experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Surgical Solutions Technicians at hospital sites.
• Interview, hire, train, and onboard staff to align talent with hospital needs.
• Provide coaching, evaluations, and ensure accountability and collaboration.
• Oversee scheduling, timekeeping, and site communication.
• Serve as primary on-site contact for hospital leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with credentialing, inventory, and reporting requirements.
• Be hands-on in clinical settings and support surgical procedures as needed.
• Manage SCMP usage, digital tools adoption, and troubleshooting.
