Role Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Manager serves as the regional leader overseeing multiple hospital locations. Responsibilities include supporting regional expansion, talent development, recruitment, engagement, and overall performance within the assigned region. Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong business relationships with hospital administration, operating room personnel, and related staff. Act as a liaison with Sales and Marketing teams to promote growth and expansion.
- Conduct interviews to determine applicant qualifications, analyze responses, compare candidates to job requirements, and make hiring or promotion recommendations.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of Account Supervisors/Lead Technicians, providing coaching and counseling as needed.
- Hold regular team meetings to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Report monthly on regional performance, staffing, and operations to the Executive Team.
- Ensure all field leaders are properly trained and adhere to policies and procedures. Hold team members accountable for compliance.
- Collaborate with HR on employee relations, staffing, and compensation management.
- Promote excellent customer service across the team.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of Operating Room and/or Sterile Processing experience or equivalent.
- Frontline supervisory experience preferred.
- B.A. or B.S. in business preferred.
- Certified Registered Central Sterile Technician (CRCST) certification is required; CER certification is a plus.
- Experience working with C-suite hospital staff is preferred.
- Prior ERP experience is advantageous.
- Ability to travel up to 75% as needed.
