Job summary

CoxHealth is seeking a capable coordinator to manage patient and physician appointment scheduling at Ferrell Duncan Clinic in Springfield, MO. You will maintain physician block times, including robotic schedules, and ensure financial responsibilities are reviewed with patients to set up payment arrangements.

The role requires excellent communication, independence, and strong computer skills; Basic Life Support is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams
• Self starter
• Proficient in using computers and computer systems
• Preferred: Basic Life Support Certification

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all necessary appointments for the patient and attending physicians’ schedule.
• Maintains block times for all physicians including the robotic schedule.
• Reviews financial responsibility and sets up payment arrangements and follows same.
