Qualifications

• Minimum one to two years' experience in a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with clinic and surgical scheduling workflows and associated processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical appointments, referrals, and pre-visit activities.
• Serve as the primary administrative contact for patients and care team.
• Manage the provider's clinic schedule, including template adjustments and cancellations.
• Collaborate with Medical Assistants to schedule clinic visits and surgeries.
• Work with Revenue Cycle Operations to secure authorizations and communicate co-pays/coinsurance.
• Coordinate all surgical services activities from scheduling to post-op follow-up.
• Complete and track pre-operative orders, labs, imaging, and consults as required.
• Monitor the surgical schedule and ensure continuity of care across teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation in scheduling and clinical systems.
