Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's Degree or completion of a Medical Office Professional program required.
• Two years of experience in a medical practice or clinical setting preferred or required in place of degree.

Responsibilities

• Schedule surgical and medical procedures and diagnostic testing in patient care settings.
• Obtain pre-authorizations, write and communicate orders, and educate patients on pre/post op instructions.
• Handle patient registration, scheduling, phone duties, and maintaining supplies.
