Reporting to the Clinical Manager and under the direction of the providers, you will coordinate with patients, families and facilities to arrange procedures and ensure accuracy of all paperwork, testing and appointments.

• Minimum of one year experience as a surgical coordinator.
• High school diploma required; nursing degree desirable.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate with patients, families, and multiple facilities.

• Schedules and coordinates with patient, family and facility for surgery.
• Interviews and educates patient for surgery.
• Ensures accuracy of all procedures, paperwork, testing and appointments.
