Responsibilities

• Coordinate surgical appointments with surgeons, patients, and staff.
• Verify patient information and insurance before scheduling.
• Maintain organized schedules for multiple surgeons and procedures.
• Provide pre-op instructions and appointment confirmations to patients.
• Answer phones professionally and manage clerical tasks as needed.
• Assist with front desk and data entry; maintain patient records.
• Collaborate with billing to ensure proper coding and billing for services.
