Job summary

Northwest Specialty Hospital in Spokane, WA is seeking a compassionate Surgery Scheduler for the Inland Shoulder Team. This role schedules surgical cases using manual and automated systems, manages patient communications by phone, and supports medical records with accuracy and timeliness.

Under the supervision of the Practice Manager, you will maintain records, assist in scheduling in a high-pressure OR environment, and collaborate with staff to ensure excellent patient service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to relate and work effectively with others.
• Willingness to participate in goal-setting and education for growth.
• Aware of operating room environment and surgical scheduling.
• Previous scheduling experience preferred.

Responsibilities
