Job summary

Qualifications

• One (1) year of experience in healthcare or a related environment, with knowledge of medical/surgical terminology.
• Experience with IBM/Cerner/IDX.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and de-escalation skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule surgeries, procedures, and follow-up appointments across multiple physician teams.
• Manage day-of-visit patient flow, room patients, and Cerner communications to keep the clinic running smoothly.
• Provide procedure room support and cover for sick/vacation coverage to ensure continuity of care.
