Qualifications

• 1+ experience preferred.
• Ability to verify payer coverage and collect patient data.

Responsibilities

• Collect patient clinical and demographic data and insurance information.
• Verify payer coverage and obtain physician orders as needed.
• Oversee data entry, phone answering, and records management.
• Coordinate referrals and ensure timely patient scheduling.
• Enter referrals, verify admission info, and maintain reference files.
• Support billing with issue resolution and documentation.
