Job summary

• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with co-workers, visitors and staff in line with Jefferson values.
• Collects and reviews patient insurance information including prior authorizations and referrals.
• Conducts pre-procedure calls and confirms appointment times with patients.
• Provides patients with pre-operative instructions and ensures HIPAA compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
