As a Surgical Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling hospital case procedures, scheduling in-clinic ablations, and assisting with office‑based lab procedure scheduling. Throughout the day, you will manage complex surgical cases and oversee scheduling activities to help ensure procedures are organized and scheduled appropriately. Your primary focus will be maintaining procedure schedules and supporting the scheduling needs of the practice.
