Job summary

Providence Holy Cross Surgery Center at Mission Hills is seeking a Surgery Scheduler to manage the daily surgery schedule and coordinating with doctors' offices and OR staff. The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and customer service to resolve scheduling conflicts.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday with no on-call, nights, weekends, or holiday hours. Starting wages are $25–$31 per hour, depending on experience, with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

Providence Holy Cross Surgery Center at Mission has an opening for a Surgery Scheduler.

Providence Holy Cross Surgery Center at Mission Hills is a fast-paced, multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) environment committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families.

What You Will Do (Job Summary):

Surgery Scheduler plays a vital role in a successful surgical procedure. The Surgery Scheduler is responsible for daily maintenance of the surgery schedule and all aspects of the scheduling process. This includes strategizing and problem solving and ensuring high levels of customer service with scheduling coordinators from all doctors' offices and operating room staff.

The successful candidate will possess outstanding leadership, communication and customer service skills as well as the ability to diffuse difficult scheduling conflicts efficiently with strategy. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate previous successful/positive customer service encounters or programs.

Monday-Friday work schedule

NO call required

NO Nights, NO Weekends, NO Holiday work hours

Starting hourly Wage Range: $25 - $31 per hour depending on experience
