Job summary

Treace is seeking a Sales Representative to become a subject matter expert in Treace Medical’s products and procedures, supporting surgeons and operating room teams for optimal patient outcomes.

You will build and maintain new customer relationships, follow up on company-generated leads, drive customer conversion, collaborate with marketing to refine products, and coordinate training for surgeons in both didactic and hands-on cadaveric sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of successful field sales experience.
• Willingness to travel locally up to 90% and overnight up to 20%.
• Experience supporting surgeons in operating room environments.
• Hospital credentialing readiness and ability to manage emergency support scenarios.
• Valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.

• Strategize for Growth: build and maintain new customer relationships, follow up on company-generated leads, and drive customer conversion consistently.
• Provide Feedback to Innovate: collaborate with the marketing team to enhance product design and improve user satisfaction.
• Train for Excellence: plan, coordinate, and execute product training for surgeons in both didactic and hands-on (cadaveric) settings.
• Foster Relationships: maintain strong links with key accounts to further sales, expand market development, and ensure service continuity.
