HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital is seeking a Surgical Sales Director to develop and retain customer relationships and drive growth for surgical service lines. You will engage with surgeons in the OR and craft data-driven plans to increase hospital volumes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of progressive surgical sales experience. Expect strategic planning, CRM-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration to advance clinical and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university is required.
• 5 years experience in progressive sales experience in the surgical field.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow hospital volumes and surgical cases.
• Engage with surgeons in the OR, and be recognized as an expert in surgical services.
• Evaluate market data and financial information for primary facility service lines to identify priorities and develop sales plans.
• Identify barriers and communicate to leadership using the CRM system.
• Develop an understanding of surgical service line attributes to create a clear growth plan.
• Build data-driven business cases for growth proposals.
• Demonstrate understanding of clinical operations within surgical services.
• Execute sales strategies and monitor effectiveness of the sales plan; adjust as needed based on results.
• Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand customer needs and requirements.
