Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow hospital volumes and surgical cases.
• Engage with surgeons in the OR and be recognized as an expert in surgical services.
• Evaluate market data and financial information for facility service lines to identify priorities and develop sales plans.
• Identify barriers and communicate to leadership using CRM.
• Develop a service line strategy and growth plan for surgical attributes.
• Build data-driven business cases for growth proposals.
• Demonstrate understanding of clinical operations within surgical services.
• Execute sales strategies and adjust based on measurable results.
• Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand customer needs and requirements.
