Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Master's Degree is preferred.
• 1+ years applicable experience.
• 3+ years applicable experience.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates a superior clinical identity and advances patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Manages variation in clinical practice to improve efficiency and cost.
• Ensures compliance with legal and regulatory standards and maintains policy discipline.
• Directs nursing practice and unit operations with appropriate clinical competencies.
• Leads initiatives to enhance patient experience and staff engagement.
