Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, NH is seeking a Surgical Sales Director to lead physician and provider relations. You will develop and execute strategic plans to grow surgical volumes, engage with surgeons in the OR, and drive data-driven growth through market analysis and CRM-enabled communication.

You will build growth plans, develop business cases, and monitor sales performance, adjusting strategies based on measurable results.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 5 years of progressive sales experience in the surgical field is required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow hospital volumes and surgical cases.
• Engage with surgeons in the OR and be recognized as an expert in surgical services.
• Evaluate market data and financial information to identify priorities and develop sales plans.
• Identify barriers and communicate to leadership using CRM system.
• Develop an understanding of surgical service line attributes to create growth strategies.
• Build data-driven business cases for growth proposals.
• Demonstrate understanding of clinical operations within surgical services.
• Execute sales strategies and monitor plan effectiveness; adjust as needed.
• Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand customer needs and requirements.
