Job summary

CMR Surgical is seeking a Professional Education Trainer for the USA, delivering Versius system training to internal staff and channel partners, and to surgical teams to ensure safe setup and operation.

You will develop and coordinate training programs with the US Professional Education team, contribute to course improvements, and support regional training centers and customer-facing training events across the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training programs.
• Experience as industry representative or healthcare professional in an operating room environment.
• Knowledge of surgical environment and minimally invasive procedures.
• Excellent presentation and writing skills.
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate complex technical content clearly.
• Proficient with MS Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Versius system training online and in-person.
• Support design and delivery of the Versius training pathway (e-learning, VR, proctors).
• Support regional training centres and pre-event preparation and post-event follow-up.
• Identify regional training gaps and plan refresher sessions.
• Assess training program quality and implement improvements.
• Support usability study training in the US.
