Job summary

You will partner with surgeons and hospital teams to implement robotic programs, maximize Versius utilisation, provide in OR case support, and deliver a premium customer experience while maintaining high standards of post-installation service and training.

Responsibilities

• Clinical sales ownership: lead clinical growth of the robotic program and onboarding of surgeons.
• Coordinate implementation plans with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.
• Provide case support and troubleshooting in the OR to ensure smooth execution.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers and liaise with other business areas and leadership.
• Track feedback for post-market surveillance and drive improvements to maximize uptime and utilization.
• Conduct regular business reviews with accounts and share results with stakeholders.
• Support adoption of the digital ecosystem and deliver training per plans.
