Job summary

CMR Surgical, a leader in Versius robotic systems, is expanding its US commercial team. This role focuses on implementing robotic programs, optimizing utilization, and delivering a world-class customer experience across assigned accounts.

You will lead clinical growth, coordinate multi-stakeholder initiatives, train surgical teams, and partner with customers from initial installation through ongoing account management, while working across internal teams to maximise patient and hospital outcomes.

• Strong planning and organizational skills with SLA adherence.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication with diverse audiences.
• Autonomous, disciplined, proactive follow-up in fast-paced settings.
• Solid business acumen and ability to analyse profitability scenarios.
• Motivated, adaptable to change with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience using sales tools and data-driven decision making.
• Experience in OR processes and training hospital staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical growth of the robotic program, onboarding surgeons and expanding multispecialty adoption.
• Coordinate implementation with stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.
• Provide case support and troubleshooting in the Operating Room.
• Serve as the first customer contact and liaise with CMR leadership.
• Monitor program success, drive uptime and utilization, and record feedback.
• Conduct regular business reviews with accounts and share insights with stakeholders.
• Support uptake of the digital ecosystem and deliver training modules.
