Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Senior Clinical Training & Medical Education Specialist to develop and lead EVR’s physician and staff training programs. You will coordinate curricula, materials, simulations, and digital content across teams and departments, ensuring safety and regulatory alignment.

You will partner with Product Management, Clinical, Engineering, Regulatory, and Quality to translate product knowledge into practical training and contribute to a scalable global education

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of clinical, procedural, or medical device experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in neurovascular, endovascular, interventional radiology, cath lab, or related training/clinical support.
• Strong understanding of neurovascular/endovascular workflows.
• Experience training physicians and hospital staff on complex procedural technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead EVR’s physician, clinical, and internal training programs.
• Serve as the primary clinical education lead within EVR and coordinate training content.
• Collaborate with Advanced Therapies training teams to shape curricula, materials, simulations, and digital learning content.
• Translate product knowledge into training programs for physicians, staff, and field teams.
• Build and refine an education ecosystem for physicians, technologists, and commercial teams.
• Develop structured training pathways for physician users and hospital staff.
• Lead hands-on procedural training sessions, simulations, labs, workshops, and onboarding.
• Gather feedback to improve content, workflows, and user experience.
• Ensure content aligns with safety, labeling, and regulatory requirements.
