MercyOne Northeast Iowa seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Surgery department at Waterloo Medical Center. This full-time, day-shift role covers 40 hours per week with on-call evenings and weekends; schedule varies by case load.

Responsibilities include assessing and planning patient care, supervising LPNs and PCAs, and coordinating communication with physicians, families, and team members to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current IA RN license required.
• BSN preferred.
• No previous experience required.
