MercyOne Northeast Iowa is seeking a registered nurse for the Surgery department at Waterloo Medical Center. This full-time, day-shift role supports trauma, orthopedic, general, urology and robotics cases, with RNs scrubbing, circulating and assisting.

You will assess and plan patient care, supervise LPNs and PCAs, and coordinate with physicians and families. Minimum qualifications include IA RN license; BSN preferred; on-call evenings/weekends; benefits include wellness programs, education

Qualifications

• Current IA RN license.
• BSN preferred.
• No previous experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care of patients.
• Supervises and coordinates care provided by LPNs and PCAs.
