Job summary

Carle Health is seeking an experienced RN for the NT7 Digestive Surgical Unit. The role includes post-operative care, wound management (including wound vacs), ostomy care, and collaboration with surgical teams in a high-acuity unit.

External applicants may qualify for a $10,000 sign-on bonus with a 3-year commitment, plus relocation and BSN bonuses. Illinois/ Missouri licensed RNs with BLS are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in IL/US with current license or eligibility.
• BLS certification within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Performs all responsibilities and duties required by unit, including post-operative care for complex surgical patients.
• Maintains up-to-date documentation and develops care plans.
• Collaborates with surgical residency and OMFS services.
