Qualifications

• RN license and CNOR certification required.
• BLS within 30 days of hire.
• Completion of an accredited RNFA perioperative program.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeon in general and specialized surgeries with OR team readiness.
• Provide patient care and support before, during, and after procedures.
• Administer perioperative medications as prescribed.
• Scrub and circulate as needed and coordinate supplies to ensure efficiency.
• Monitor vital signs and communicate patient status to the team.
• Educate patients and families on perioperative care and post‑op expectations.
• Document and communicate operative findings and post‑op assessments.
• Support room turnover and instrument / supply management.
