Job summary

Mercy Hospital Washington is seeking an Operating Room RN - First Assistant to join a dedicated team. The role supports intraoperative patient care, coordinates with surgical staff, and ensures patient rights and safety throughout procedures.

The candidate should have 2+ years of intraoperative experience, Missouri RN license, and certifications (BLS/ACLS, CNOR, RN-First Assistant) with preference for a BSN. Mercy offers a comprehensive benefits package and a generous sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of intraoperative experience as scrub and circulating nurse
• 3+ years preferred
• RN license in the State of Missouri
• BLS/ACLS certification required within 1 year
• CNOR & RN-First Assistant certification within 1 year
