Job summary

Mercy Hospital Washington in Missouri is seeking an Operating Room RN – First Assistant to utilize the nursing process for exceptional patient care. This full-time role (40 hrs/week, days, 4x10 with call) leads care coordination and ensures patient rights and confidentiality.

Role requires MO RN license, intraoperative 2+ years (3+ preferred), BLS/ACLS within 1 year, CNOR and RN-FA within 1 year; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Current MO RN license or Temporary Permit
• Minimum 2 years intraoperative experience as scrub and circulating nurse
• 3+ years intraoperative experience preferred
• BLS/ACLS certification within 1 year of hire
• CNOR & RN-First Assistant certification within 1 year
• BSN preferred
