Job summary

Mercy Hospital Washington seeks an Operating Room RN – First Assistant to deliver exceptional patient care during intraoperative procedures. The role coordinates care with other departments, upholds patient rights and confidentiality, and provides guidance to fellow care team members.

Required MO RN license and 2 years intraoperative experience; CNOR/RN-FA credentials within 1 year are expected. BSN preferred, with strong dedication to Mercy values and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Missouri.
• Minimum 2 years intraoperative scrub/circulating experience.
• 3+ years preferred.
• BLS/ACLS within 1 year of hire.
• CNOR & RN-First Assistant within 1 year.
• Preferred CNOR, CRNFA.

Responsibilities
