Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; ADN required, BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure by the Maryland State Board of Nursing or Compact State.
• BLS/Heart Association Life Support certification; additional life support as unit requirements may be preferred.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to routine patients using the nursing process.
• Educate patients and families; plan and coordinate continuum of care.
• Effectively communicate patient information to the health care team.
