Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis: perform initial and ongoing health status assessments.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning: document planned nursing interventions.
• Implementation/Evaluation: evaluate responses and revise care plan.
• Leadership: participate in process improvement for quality and safety.
• Operations: maintain safety, quality, and efficiency as an HRO.
