OhioHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Surgery Pre-Op department. The role requires 2 years of RN experience in an acute hospital setting and an active Ohio RN license.

Day shift with variable weekly hours, within a High Reliability Organization focused on safety, quality and efficiency. Candidates must have an Associate's Degree in Nursing, BLS certification, and BSN is preferred after 5 years of employment.

Qualifications

• Requires 2 years RN experience in an acute hospital setting.
• BLS - Basic Life Support certification.
• RN license in good standing (Ohio).
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Perform initial and ongoing health status assessments.
• Document planned nursing interventions and outcomes.
• Lead and participate in process improvement and safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
